What is active at launch

Hosting and website access

The launch site is built and hosted with Framer.

When visitors access the website, technical request data such as IP address, browser information, device information, requested page, referrer and timestamps may be processed to deliver and secure the website.

Framer acts as a service provider/processor for hosting and site operation.

Analytics

The audited Framer project shows Framer built-in analytics as the only analytics stack expected for launch.

No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, YouTube/Vimeo embeds, maps, reCAPTCHA, custom scripts, webhooks, Google Sheets integration or third-party widgets were found in the Framer project audit.

Framer describes its built-in analytics as cookie-free and not based on persistent identifiers.

Contact inquiries

The current Contact page does not contain an active Framer form, input fields, webhook, Google Sheets connection or third-party form widget.

If visitors contact SizeID.bio by e-mail or phone, mibiC processes the information they voluntarily provide, such as name, company, contact details, inquiry context and message content.

Purpose: responding to inquiries, discussing samples/studies and preparing requested analytical services.

Purposes and legal bases

Website operation

Purpose: providing, securing and maintaining the website.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure and accessible website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Framer Analytics

Purpose: understanding aggregate website use and improving the website.

The current launch setup uses Framer Analytics and no non-essential third-party tracking cookies were found.

Inquiries and pre-contract communication

Purpose: responding to messages and discussing requested studies or services.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry relates to requested services, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business communication.

Recipients, transfers and storage

Recipients and processors

Framer is used for website hosting and built-in analytics.

No additional active tracking, form, map, video, CRM, webhook or spreadsheet recipient was found in the Framer project audit.

International transfers

Framer’s service documentation indicates processing infrastructure and subprocessors may involve locations outside the EU/EEA.

Where required, transfers should rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Storage and deletion

Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, data subjects may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact mibiC using the contact details above.
